Set up in 1998, the Unit is tasked with giving a final shape to the curriculum of new courses that are recommended by the head of various departments, faculty members and subject experts. The Unit also finalizes the criteria for the selection of candidates for particular courses, syllabus and the examination process.

The Unit is headed by Dr. Kaushik Patel, Assistant Registrar, Academic Section.
